Appeal by Frank G. from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated August 21, 2015. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 29, 2015, all proceedings in the above-entitled matters were stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 29, 2015, in the above-entitled matters as stayed all proceedings in the matter entitled Matter of Renee P.-F. v Frank G., pending under Family Court Docket Nos. V-6147-14, V-6148-14, P-6149-14, V-6150-14, Z-874-15, V-6147-14/15A, and V-6148-14/15A, is vacated.
