Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to reargue his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated June 11, 1990 (People v Bruno, 162 AD2d 545), affirming a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered July 15, 1988. The prior application was determined by decision and order of this Court dated December 16, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
