| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Village of Chester and Village of Chester Board of Trustees, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an undated order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, which directed them to appear for a conference on June 23, 2016, to confirm that an automatic stay of the conference is in effect, or, in the alternative, to stay the conference pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the undated order and/or an appeal from an order of the same court dated May 11, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
