| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to strike stated portions of the appellant's appendix on an appeal, by permission, from stated portions of a decision and order (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 13, 2015, on the ground that the appendix contains matter dehors the record that should not be included in the appendix pursuant to a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 25, 2016, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 12, 2016, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
