| DECISION & ORDER ON FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Martin N. Kroll for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Kroll was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 18, 1964, under the name Martin Neil Kroll. By opinion and order of this Court dated March 3, 2009, Mr. Kroll was disbarred upon his resignation and his name was stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and the matter is referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Martin Neil Kroll's character and general fitness to practice law.
