Application by Yefry Ramirez pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Criminal Court, Queens County, dated May 18, 2016.

ORDERED that the application is transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, for determination; and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with the application shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts.
