Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to consolidate is granted, without costs, to the
extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person is granted, without costs. The appeal may be perfected in accordance with section 800.13 of this Court's Rules of Practice (22 NYCR 800.13),
and it is further
ORDERED that pursuant to section 800.4(c) of this Court's Rules of Practice, the Clerk of the Family Court of St. Lawrence County is directed to furnish to appellant, one copy of the transcripts of the stenographic minutes of all proceedings in the matter and one copy of any other paper or document on file in that
office which is material and relevant to these appeals, except those portions which appellant or Family Court determines are unnecessary for perfection of the appeals, and to forward the other copy of said transcripts to the Clerk of this Court.
