ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated July 12, 2016, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 27, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 23, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "July 25, 2016."
