Application by Katherine Lee Aschenbrenner, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 19, 2004, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Katherine Aschenbrenner Rodriguez.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Katherine Lee Aschenbrenner to Katherine Aschenbrenner Rodriguez, effective immediately.
