Application by Lisa Yvette Blades admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 23, 2002, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Lisa Yvette Richard.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Lisa Yvette Blades to Lisa Yvette Richard, effective immediately.
