ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 31, 2016, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered January 17, 2012, is amended by deleting from the last decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 11, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "July 13, 2016."
