Motion by the appellant to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 14, 2015, and two orders of the same court dated July 14, 2015, and March 2, 2016, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the sale of the subject premises, located at 22 Montauk Highway, Westhampton Beach, New York, designated as District 0905, Section 004.00, Block 01.00, Lots 023.00, 026.033, and 030.001 and at 12 Montauk Highway, Westhampton Beach, New York, designated as District 0905, Section 004.00, Block 01.00, Lot 022.001 is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
