Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated December 15, 2015, and February 8, 2016, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellants' time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]), and by serving and filing its brief on the appeals is enlarged, and the appellant's brief submitted to the Clerk of this Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served.
