DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to waive the motion filing fee on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated February 23, 2015, and, inter alia, to enjoin the respondent from denying him visitation with the subject child. Separate motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to stay the respondent from filing certain liens.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is denied, and the motion is otherwise dismissed without prejudice to renew upon proper papers and payment of the motion filing fee; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to stay the respondent from filing certain liens is denied.
