Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect and consolidate the appeals taken from the judgments of Ontario County Court, rendered January 16, 2014 and February 11, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmations of Cara A. Waldman, Esq. dated June 28, 2016, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion seeking an extension of time to perfect is granted on the condition that appellant perfect the appeals on or before October 18, 2016, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion seeking consolidation relief is granted and the appeals from the judgments rendered January 16, 2014 and February 11, 2015 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
