DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Kiersten Nicole Hill for leave to appeal to this Court from so much of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 7, 2016, as, inter alia, directed her to return with the subject children to the State of New York, and to stay enforcement of that portion of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
