ORDERED that the above-captioned appeals are consolidated for the purposes of disposition of this motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that the brief filed by appellant pro se under appeal No. 2015-2053 K C is deemed filed under appeal No. 2015-2935 K C and the latter appeal is deemed perfected; and it is further,

ORDERED that respondent shall have 21 days from the date of this decision and order on motion to serve and file a respondent's brief under appeal No. 2015-2935 K C; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant, if she be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days of the date that the respondent's brief is due to be filed pursuant to this decision and order on motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's time to perfect appeal No. 2015-2053 K C is enlarged to 21 days from the date of this decision and order on motion.
