Motion by appellant to enlarge his time to serve and file an amended appellant's brief on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 13, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellant's time to serve and file an amended appellant's brief is enlarged to 14 days from the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that respondent, if it be so advised, may serve and file a respondent's brief within 14 days after service of the amended appellant's brief.
