Motion by respondents on an appeal from a final judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Dover Plains, Dutchess County, entered September 29, 2015, to vacate a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated February 8, 2016, and extended by decision and order on motion of this court dated May 6, 2016. Cross motion by appellant, in effect, for summary reversal, to modify the stay, and for sanctions, costs and other relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that respondents' motion is granted and the stay is vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's cross motion is denied.
Appellant has failed to comply with the conditions contained in this court's decision and order on motion dated May 6, 2016.
