Motion by appellant on an appeal from a final judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered March 1, 2016, to extend appellant's time to comply with the payment requirement of a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated May 25, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, appellant's time to comply with the payment requirement of the decision and order on motion of this court dated May 25, 2016 is extended to 10 days after the date of this decision and order on motion, and appellant is directed to continue to comply with the other conditions contained in the decision and order on motion of this court dated May 25, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that any of the above conditions are not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice.
