Respondents having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on October 22, 2015,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Owen Demuth, Esq., dated July 12, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 31, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date July 15, 2016, and inserting in its place the date August 15, 2016, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 31, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date August 1, 2016, and inserting in its place the date August 30, 2016.
