Joint motion by the respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 7, 2014. Separate joint motion by the respondents to enlarge the record to include certain material and to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the separate motion to enlarge the record and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs and the branch of the separate motion which is for that relief are granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until August 26, 2016, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the separate motion which is to enlarge the record is denied.
