Application by Yavonnie Stenson, as administrator of the estate of Fitzgerald Stenson, to be substituted for the deceased respondent Fitzgerald Stenson, and to amend the caption accordingly, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 24, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Yavonnie Stenson, as administrator of the estate of Fitzgerald Stenson, is substituted for the deceased respondent Fitzgerald Stenson, and the caption is amended accordingly.
