Application by Zhuangzi Li, as administrator of the estate of Linru Fan, to be substituted for the deceased respondent Linru Fan, and to amend the caption accordingly, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 12, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Zhuangzi Li, as administrator of the estate of Linru Fan, is substituted for the deceased respondent Linru Fan, and the caption is amended accordingly.
