On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 29, 2106, which dismissed a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, in the nature of mandamus to compel certain Justices of the Supreme Court, Kings County, to take certain actions, and in the nature of prohibition to prohibit them from taking certain other actions, for failure to pay the filing fee, is recalled and vacated.
