| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to strike the respondents' brief or stated portions thereof on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 24, 2015, on the ground that the respondent's brief contains misstatements, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the record to include certain documents.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before August 26, 2016, the respondents shall replace pages 45, 55, and 56 of the copies of the respondents' brief filed with the Clerk of the Court with pages containing the redactions specified in the exhibits annexed to the affirmation of Richard A. Blumber dated June 29, 2016, filed in connection with the motion, and the motion is otherwise denied.
