Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 11, 2014, and two orders of the same court entered April 16, 2015, and May 14, 2015, respectively, to strike certain motion papers filed by the respondent in connection with his prior motion and the respondent's prior cross motion, which were determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 13, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
