DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent Jennifer Silver to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 22, 2015, insofar as taken against her as untimely taken. Separate motion by the respondents Zucker Hillside Hospital, North Shore/Long Island Jewish Health System/EMS, and North Shore/Long Island Jewish Health System to dismiss the appeal insofar as taken against them as untimely taken. Separate motion by the appellant for poor person relief. Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the respondents' motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the respondents' motions are granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513[a]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion and the application are denied as academic.
