Motion by the appellant Arthur Krantz to consolidate his appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 22, 2015, with an appeal by Andrew Schenker from an order of the same court also dated October 22, 2015. Applications by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect their appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until September 23, 2016, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
