Motion by TDD Irrevocable Trust on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 23, 2013, November 27, 2013, and June 24, 2014, respectively, which were determined by three decisions and orders of this Court all dated May 4, 2016, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decisions and orders of this Court that determined the appeals from the orders dated November 27, 2013, and June 24, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
