Motion by the appellant to calendar an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 25, 2015, with an appeal from an order of the same court dated January 22, 2016, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated June 25, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in relation or opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the order dated June 25, 2015, is enlarged until September 11, 2016, and the record or appendix and the appellant's brief on that appeal must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
