| DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by Keith H. Weidman from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 26, 2015, an order of the same court dated January 19, 2016, and a judgment of the same court dated April 4, 2016, and cross appeals by Marnie I. Weidman from the order dated January 19, 2016, and the judgment dated April 4, 2016.
On the Court's own motion and upon the stipulation of the parties dated July 25, 2016, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are consolidated, and the record filed by Keith H. Weidman in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment dated October 26, 2015, and the appeal and cross appeal from the order dated January 19, 2016, is deemed to also be the record on the appeal and cross appeal from the judgment dated April 4, 2016; and it is further
ORDERED that on or before August 8, 2016, Marnie I. Weidman shall serve and file a supplemental record in connection with the appeal and cross appeal from the judgment containing the documents set forth in Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the stipulation of the parties dated July 25, 2016: and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before August 31, 2016, Keith H. Weidman shall serve and file a supplemental brief raising issues in connection with his appeal from the judgment; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before September 29, 2016, Marnie I. Weidman shall serve and file an answering brief, including her points of argument on the cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that Keith H. Weidman shall serve and file a reply brief on or before October 31, 2016, and Marnie I. Weidman shall serve and file her reply brief on or before November 15, 2016.
