Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated April 13, 2015, based on the appellant's failure to file their notice of appeal and provide this Court with proof of filing in accordance with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 7, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
