Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve a reply brief, which was timely filed, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 21, 2015.

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to serve the reply brief is enlarged until August 9, 2016, and the reply brief must be served on or before that date.
