Renewed motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 3, 2015, to vacate a stay of the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, which was granted by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 22, 2015, to direct the appellants to perfect the appeal by a date certain, and to direct the appellants to post an undertaking.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
