Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated October 15, 2015, for leave to serve and file a replacement record including a sealed volume containing the affirmation of Steven M. Edwards dated August 6, 2015, which was sealed by order of the Supreme Court dated May 13, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before August 29, 2016, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement record including a sealed volume containing the affirmation of Steven M. Edwards dated August 6, 2015.
