Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to reargue his prior motion pursuant to CPL 460.50 for a stay of execution of a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered December 4, 2015, and to release the appellant on his own recognizance, or in the alternative, to fix reasonable bail, which was denied by me in a decision and order on motion dated December 22, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
