On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 29, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered October 13, 2015" and substituting therefor the words "judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered January 13, 2016."
