DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the nonparty-appellant in Action No. 1 and the appellant in Action No. 2 to consolidate appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 4, 2015, and an order and judgment of the same court dated March 7, 2016, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated June 4, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are consolidated, the parties shall file 10 copies of the record or appendix and their respective briefs, the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated June 4, 2015, is enlarged until September 1, 2016, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the brief of the nonparty-appellant in Action No. 1 and the appellant in Action No. 2 shall be filed on or before that date.
