| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 19, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant-respondent's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until October 17, 2016, and the joint record or appendix on the appeal and cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and the appellant-respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent-appellant U.S. Pile and Foundation, Inc., shall serve and file its answering brief, including its points of argument on the cross appeal, on or before November 21, 2016 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent-appellant Building Dev. Corp. shall serve and file its answering brief, including its points of argument on the cross appeal, on or before December 27, 2016 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file its brief on or before February 2, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant respondent shall serve and file his reply brief on or before March 9, 2017, and the respondents-appellants shall serve and file their respective reply briefs on or before March 24, 2017.
