On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 29, 2016, in the above-entitled appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 23, 2013, November 27, 2013, and June 24, 2014, respectively, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
