Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 90-day enlargement of time to serve and file a brief on an appeal, by permission, from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated May 18, 2015, which affirmed an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated October 3, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 4, 2016, the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
