(Docket No. F-2793-15/15A)

DECISION & ORDER ON

Appeals by James Vincent Follini, Jr., from two orders of the Family Court, Orange County, entered March 8, 2016, and March 31, 2016, respectively. By order to show cause dated June 21, 2016, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled proceeding for failure to comply with a scheduling order dated April 28, 2016, issued pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]).
