| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent Linnea J. Levine to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 2, 2015, and four judgments of the same court, one dated April 10, 2015, two dated April 17, 2015, and one dated May 6, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time of the respondent Linnea J. Levine to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 17, 2016, and the brief of the respondent Linnea J. Levine must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until September 1, 2016, and the appellant's reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
