Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated April 4, 2016, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew on or before August 24, 2016, upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth the source of funds used to pay for the transcripts.
