Motion by the respondent for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, entered April 15, 2014, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated May 25, 2016. Cross motion by the appellants to direct the respondent to pay restitution in the sum of $2457.87.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
