DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant Long Island Power Authority to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 16, 2016, or pending determination of a certain arbitration proceeding, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals. Separate motion by National Grid Electric Services, LLC, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter pending hearing and determination of the appeals, or, in the alternative, to compel arbitration, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied.
