Application by Julie Gale, as executor of the estate of Wallace Kalt, to be substituted for the deceased respondent Wallace Kalt, to amend the caption accordingly, and, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2), to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 2, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Julie Gale, as executor of the estate of Wallace Kalt, is substituted for the deceased respondent Wallace Kalt, the caption is amended accordingly; the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 9, 2016, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
