ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 28, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "May 8, 2016" and substituting therefor the "May 8, 2015."
