| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of stated portions of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 27, 2016, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the order as directed that the family dog accompany the subject child during the respondent's parenting time with the child is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
